Universal Pneumatic Sorting Table SPU-0.5 for Efficient Seed Cleaning

The universal pneumosorting table SPU-0,5 is designed for sorting and sieve-free cleaning of seeds of ear, leguminous, cereals, technical and oilseed crops, grass seeds from hard-to-separate impurities that differ from the seeds of the main crop by specific weight, shape and surface properties (seeds of cultivated and weedy plants, pebbles, etc.). The table is installed in in-line lines of post-harvest grain and seed processing (grain cleaning units of ZAV type and grain cleaning and drying complexes of KZS type), seed cleaning lines in all agricultural zones of the country. Cleaning of agricultural crops from impurities and defects is carried out by specific weight, shape and surface properties.

Loading of the cleaned grain material and reception of cleaning fractions should be carried out by conveying means of the flow line. The table operates from the AC network with frequency 50 Hz, voltage 380 V. Operating mode - continuous (8...24 h/day).
