EV-343 Vibrating Table for Versatile Concrete Applications

Vibro tables produced by the plant find the widest range of applications: compaction of concrete mixtures in the manufacture of facing and paving tiles, decorative elements and moulds, blocks and slabs, or other products at the request of the customer, with an allowable load on the vibro table from 30 to 300 kg, as well as for the compaction of bulk products in the areas of packaging, testing products for destruction.

The vibrating table consists of a movable working part mounted on spring-loaded supports. On the mobile working part mounted two vibrators, (or one vibrator with directional vibrations), creating vertically directed vibrations, transmitted to the form and vibrated mass, mounted horizontally on the mobile working part. Due to the oscillations (vibration), the material on the vibrating table is compacted.
