The 46-foot-long flatcar for containers of model 13-6724 is designed for transporting containers of sizes 1EEE, 1EEE, 1AAA, 1AAA, 1A, 1A, 1AX, 1BBB, 1BB, 1B, 1B, 1BX, 1SS, 1S, 1C, 1SX according to GOST R 53350-2009, as well as specialised 20 foot containers with body length not exceeding 7010 mm on mainline railways of 1520 mm gauge of the Commonwealth, Georgia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Estonia, where operation of wagons with axle load 25t/axle is permitted. The wagon is manufactured in climatic version "UHL" for category 1 according to GOST 15150 69, with provision of operational reliability in the range of air temperature from minus 60 to plus 50 °?. Distinctive feature: increased load-carrying capacity of 80 tonnes, transportation of containers of 20 feet with increased length of 7010 mm. Carriage of containers with gross weight up to 40 tonnes.
