Drilling and thread-cutting machine on rotating

The drilling and thread-cutting machine on electromagnetic tripod MBSR-100 has not only a powerful drive with soft start and two-speed gearbox, but also a movable magnetic base for precise adjustment of the position of the drilling axis in hard-to-reach and awkward places. The main feature of this model is the presence of double dovetail guides, which allow to extend the range of drill stroke up to 320 mm. This functionality is provided by a full-wave speed controller.

This module is equipped with a tachogenerator and automatically maintains the required power even when the M30 tap is used. The electronic equipment of the MBSR-100 magnetic machine is also responsible for the instantaneous switch-off of rotation when the set torque is exceeded. There is an additional handle with a comfortable soft pad for easy carrying.

The cable supplying power to the electric motor is protected by a plastic cover and is also sheltered from unwanted exposure inside the housing.
