Non-Destructive Testing System for Capillary Control "MOKKI - 2000" - Ideal for Fluorescent and Color Testing

The line of "MOKKI - 2000" series is designed for non-destructive testing by penetrating substances (capillary testing) of parts of a wide range with the use of luminescent (fluorescent) and/or coloured penetrants. Full or partial cycle of capillary inspection is carried out on the line: pre-cleaning of the item; application of penetrant by immersion in a bath of penetrating liquid or by spraying from a gun or brush; removal of penetrant by rinsing with water in a bath with barbotage, or by showering from nozzles or by rinsing from a hydropistol; application of developer from a gun or from nozzles or by creating an air suspension; inspection of items under UV or visible light and cleaning of the item from materials by rinsing in a bath with barbotage or from a hydropistol.
The inspected products are placed in a basket or on a suspension, moved to the positions of the line manually, or on a manipulator, or on a telpher track, or on ball guides.
