Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine 3L142VMF2 for Precision Grinding

Universal cylindrical grinding machine mod. 3L142VMF2 is designed for external and internal grinding of cylindrical, conical and flat flange surfaces - hereinafter referred to as the machine. With regard to the impact of climatic factors of the external environment the machine is manufactured in version UHL4, placement category 4.1 according to GOST 15150.

The accuracy class of the machine is B. The product is mounted in centres, in a chuck or on a faceplate. The machine is designed for single and small series production, but can be used in serial production.

For controlling the machine operation the DVP-SA2 series controller "Delta Electronics" is used, which is connected with the DOP-B series touch panel operator, which simultaneously fulfils the functions of the machine control centre. Through a series of kinematic circuits the following movements are realised in the machine: <ul> <li>- spindle rotation of the grinding headstock;</li> <li>rotation of the workpiece;</li> <li>cross feed of the grinding headstock;</li> <li>longitudinal movement of the table;</li> <li>quick feed and withdrawal of the grinding headstock;</li> <li>manual....</li> </ul>.
