Description

Diameter of holes of knife grids - 5; 9 mm. MO-01 - vegetable cutting mechanism for slicing raw and cooked vegetables, shredding cabbage. Cutting of vegetables 200-350 kg/hour.

It is intended for mechanisation of the basic processes of processing of food products at the enterprises of public catering (canteens, cafes, restaurants). The drive mechanism is completed with a two-speed electric motor.
