TOPAZ Metronome PTS time synchronisation devices are produced according to technical specifications TU 4635-009-89466010-2015.
The device is designed to form a time scale (TS) synchronised with UTC(SU) by radio signals of navigation spacecraft (NSA) of space navigation systems (SNS) GLONASS and GPS, and the formation of accurate time signals for technological equipment and equipment of communication networks, including the use of PTP IEEE 1588-2008 protocol in accordance with IEC/IEEE 61850-9-3 (Power Utility Profile).
